1 Introduction & General Information

Welcome to jiliive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and jiliive governing your use of the jiliive platform and all its services. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Each member may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.

3 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your jiliive account. The following rules must be followed at all times.

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Always log out after using a shared or unfamiliar device.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact jiliive support immediately.

Jiliive will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount at jiliive ৳300।
• Deposited funds are typically processed within 5 minutes is credited to your account.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name — payments made through third parties are not accepted.
• All deposits are intended for gaming use only. Using jiliive for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes .
• Withdrawal requests made between midnight and 6:00 AM will be processed after 6:00 AM.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, jiliive may place your withdrawal on hold pending an investigation.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on jiliive, make sure you're familiar with the rules below. They apply to all bet types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and e-sports alike.

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless jiliive initiates the cancellation.
• Minimum Bet Amount ৳50 Maximum limits will vary depending on the event.
• A maximum winning cap per event may apply — please check the interface before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jiliive reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If a match is cancelled or suspended

• If a match is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and refunded.
• If a match is suspended for more than 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• In live betting, if a match is suspended mid-play, bets may be settled based on the results recorded up to that point.

Suspicious Betting Activity

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match-fixing or other dishonest means will result in the account being closed and all funds being forfeited. jiliive monitors all betting activity.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jiliive offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, and compliance is mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, 15x wagering terms must be met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted by jiliive.
• Jiliive reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, though this will not apply to offers already in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliive. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using accounts strategically to abuse bonus or promotion terms.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
